Responsibilities

- Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
- Providing product demonstrations within our showroom
- Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner
- Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised.

- Communicates confidently in person, on the phone and by email
- Enjoys asking questions and finding solutions
- Is comfortable learning how to interpret drawings and technical enquiries
- Wants to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
- Brings initiative, drive and a solutions-based approach to sales
