Mai-Wel in Maitland, NSW, is seeking a committed Disability Support Worker to provide personalised support to participants with complex needs, including dementia. You will build trust, follow care plans and support daily living tasks.

Permanent part time role, 25 hours per week, morning to evening shifts, sleepovers and weekends. Experience with mental health and person-centred Active Support valued.
