Support Workers are responsible for supporting NDIS Participants under the direction of Cleo's Place. Support Workers will work with clients to contribute to improved daily living skills and help them achieve their goals. They will act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions. Support workers will respect the privacy of people with disability, provide supports in a protected and competent manner, with care and skill, and act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

Key responsibilities

- Clock into and out of shifts, every shift
- Enter progress notes into MYP the same day as your shift
- Follow the client's support plan and implement associated tasks
- Assist clients to plan their day, including planning and transport to any social activities
- Assist clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Assist clients to pay bills and purchase items and budget
- Support clients to make phone calls, send emails and communicate where needed
- Assist clients to complete household tasks such as cleaning and vacuuming

- Acacia Ridge - Male client - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturdays - 10am to 3pm




- Beenleigh - Male client - Weekdays - 9am to 3:30pm
- Beenleigh - Female client - Daily - 11am to 4pm
- Richlands - Female client - Wednesdays 10am to 5:30pm, Saturdays 10am to 4:30pm
- Richlands - Female client - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays 4pm to 6pm, Thursdays 9am to 11:30am
- Salisbury - Male client - Mondays, Saturdays - 8am to 12pm
- Salisbury - Male client - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays - 9am to 3.30pm
- Salisbury - Female client - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays - 9.30am to 1pm
- Sandgate - Female client - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturdays - 10am to 2pm
- Deception Bay - Female client - Monday, Wednesdays - 10am to 3pm
- Deception Bay - Male client - Fridays - 10am to 3pm
- Caboolture - Male client - Thursdays - 9am to 11am
- Caboolture- Male client - Tuesday, Thursdays - 10am to 3pm
- Caboolture- Male client - Monday, Thursday, Fridays - 12pm to 2pm

About you

- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card Exemption (NDIS worker screening)
- Current criminal history screening
- Current Australian Drivers' License
- Current Vehicle Insurance
