About the Role

We’re looking for aService Advisor to be the bridge between our workshop and our valued customers at ourCoorparoo location . Your mission? Keep things running smoothly, ensure customers are kept in the loop, and make sure their cars get the VIP treatment they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Giving customers a warm welcome and checking in their vehicles (bonus points if you can tell what model it is at a glance!).

Discussing service and repair needs, explaining things in a way that doesn’t sound like a foreign language.

Ensuring vehicles are ready on time - because no one likes waiting around for their ride.

Scheduling future service bookings like a master planner.

Handling customer queries, concerns,



and the occasional "my mate said it's just a easy fix" conversation.

Preparing invoices and finalising repair orders promptly.

Looking up and ordering parts (don’t worry, we’ll train you on our systems!).

Taking cars for a test drive and quality control - yes, you get to drive some seriously nice cars.

Who You Are:

Previous experience in a service advisor role? Great! If not, but you’ve got top-tier organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset, we still want to hear from you.

European car brand experience? Bonus points!

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

Attention to detail so sharp you could spot a paint chip from across the room.

Strong time management skills - because keeping things on track is key.

A high level of professionalism (but still able to have a laugh with the team).
