What You’ll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Maintenance Fitter, you'll work alongside our experienced Maintenance Team and gain practical skills in:

- Maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment

- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns

- Preventative maintenance activities

- Working with conveyors, motors and production machinery

- Fault finding and problem solving

- Safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:





- Have a genuine interest in mechanics, engineering or manufacturing

- Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving

- Are reliable, motivated and eager to learn

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Are confident asking questions and learning from others

- Can work effectively within a team

- Aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
