Toyota Finance is seeking an Early Collections Representative for a 6-month contract at the Scoresby office in Scoresby, Victoria, reporting to the Customer Resolutions team. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office weekly, and requires solid customer service and call handling capabilities.

You will handle in-life customer inquiries across car loans, refinancing, insurance and policy sales, and early collections, delivering high-quality service with first-call resolution and professional
