Barista Wanted – Cafe Piccolo By Her (Fortitude Valley)

Cafe Piccolo by Her is looking for a full-time or permanent part time barista to join the team (casual baristas are welcome too, if you love coffee, let's talk about what works for you). We're in the middle of a real push to elevate our coffee quality and service, and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

- 15-38 hrs depends on availability
- Restaurant award rate

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 7-day availability is a big plus
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine hunger to keep learning about coffee

Bonus points if you're into

Sensory skill development, cupping, deep coffee knowledge, filter/pourover, or dreaming up new menu items. We run weekly and monthly internal training with a world-certified trainer to keep pushing everyone's skills forward.
