You will implement Behaviour Support Plans, support daily activities, and collaborate with families and health professionals to ensure secure, person-centred care.

The role emphasises dignity, rights, and outcomes, with comprehensive onboarding, supervision, and an Employee Assistance Program to support staff wellbeing.
