Lotus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a patient, resilient Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEMH school in Margate after half term. The role supports pupils from KS2 to KS4 with SEMH needs in a calm, protected classroom.

You will build positive relationships, provide individual support, work with teachers, and help pupils regulate emotions. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to go permanent and competitive daily pay.
