Australian Red Cross in Burleigh Waters (Gold Coast, QLD) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a casual, in-store role. You will support daily operations, lead from the floor, coach volunteers, drive sales, and ensure the store remains welcoming and well-presented for customers and the local community.

You will spend most of your time engaging shoppers, mentoring volunteers, and maintaining high standards of service and appearance while fostering a positive team culture.
