Help at Hand Support Services in Sunnybank QLD is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will provide person-centred support and tailor daily routines to each client, with wide-ranging activities from outings to medical appointments.

We welcome applicants with Cert III in Disability or equivalent, and require a current Working with Children Check, police check within 6 months, and First aid/CPR certificates.
