Holbrook Veterinary Centre is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist/Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for clients and manage front-desk duties across a growing mixed practice in Holbrook.

You will coordinate appointments for nine vets and a three-nurse team, maintain patient records, process invoices, and support client education while ensuring qualified presentation and smooth daily operations.
