RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a TradeAssistant to join our team at our WelshpoolWorkshop on a Full-time basis for dayshift.

These hands‑on workshop-based roles support mechanical andelectrical, maintenance, along with basic welding, fabrication, andoccasional rigging work.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist tradespeople with day‑to‑day maintenance tasks while contributing to a safe, productive, andwell‑organised workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with mechanical and electrical maintenancework

- Perform basic welding, fabrication and grindingtasks

- Support rigging activities as required

- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling

- Maintain a strong focus on safety and housekeeping

Skills, Experience & Requirements

To be successful, you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence withpractical experience

- Basic welding and fabrication experience for fabrication roles

- Experience working in an industrial workshopenvironment

- Basic rigging experience (RB ticketpreferred)

- Ability to perform physically demanding manualwork





- A strong commitment to safety ,reliability, and teamwork

- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work in adiverse team
