SA Health's Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a Home Support Worker to assist older people and those with disability to maintain independence at home across sites in Mount Gambier, Millicent, Bordertown, Naracoorte, Keith, Kingston and Penola.

You will provide practical, person-centred support under Consumer Directed Care, including housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation, while collaborating with health professionals to ensure protected, respectful and high-quality care.
