The Star Sydney is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the Commissary Kitchen. You will support or lead the assigned section, assist with cooking and food preparation, and uphold high hygiene standards in a quick-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are Culinary School graduates with an apprenticeship in commercial cookery, flexible to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays, and eager to contribute to a high-quality dining experience across The Star Sydney venues.
