Commonwealth Golf Club, one of the premier Golf Clubs in the Melbourne Sandbelt region, is looking for a full time Membership & Administration Assistant.

This role requires a passion for excellent customer service, high level administration, excellent attention to detail and a warm, welcoming personality. The Membership & Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for members, both by phone and in person, so needs to be comfortable communicating with a wide range of people.

Key responsibilities for this position will include:

- Ensure membership processes are conducted in accordance with Club policy and procedures
- Ensure a high level of customer service is offered at Reception
- Assist in the daily administration of the Club
- Assist with the production and distribution of member communication

Experience and Knowledge:

- Experience in a customer service role.




- Understanding of a Club setting
- Experience managing databases, maintaining accurate records and following processes.
- High level of computer skills across a suite of programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numerical skills.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

- High level communication skills and ability to deliver tasks accurately and on time

Hours of work are primarily Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility offered. On site car parking is available.

A remuneration package will reflect the position description and the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
