Charter and Tours Reservations Officer - Auburn (Full-Time)

This is a busy, varied role at the centre of Deanes Coaches Group's Sydney operation. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with the operations team, drivers and customers to make sure every trip runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and sending charter quotes

Managing charter bookings, including final details checks and booking amendments

Booking tours, taking payments and keeping customers informed

Handling operational administration: lost property enquiries, complaints and compliments, driver and customer communication, and general admin

Answering general enquiries by phone and email

About you

Experience in travel, tours, or bus and coach operations

Organised, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable in a high-volume environment





A genuine team player with a positive, helpful approach to customers and colleagues

Full time permanent position based at Auburn depot
