Redcape Hospitality is looking for qualified Chefs to join our kitchen teams on a casual basis at:

- Durack Tavern - Durack
- Willow Hotel - Moorooka
- Commercial Hotel - Redbank

What you'll do

- Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service
- Run your section, from preparation through to pack-down
- Keep food quality, presentation and timing on track




- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep service moving
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards and keep your workspace clean and organised

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience as a Chef in a rapid-paced commercial kitchen
- Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers
- Strong organisation and pride in the food you serve
- A reliable approach and willingness to support your teammates
- Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
