About the role

We are seeking a Waiter to join our team on a casual basis at our Paddington, QLD. As a Waiter you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define Attimi by Dario Manca, and you will play a key part in creating the welcoming, professional atmosphere our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly and seating them in accordance with restaurant procedures

Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar

Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring orders are correct and presented to our high standards

Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wines and specials

Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions with accuracy

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, tables and service stations

Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow





Upholding health and safety standards and restaurant policies at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a waiter in a premium fine-dining restaurant.

A good knowledge of Italian food and wine

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remember orders accurately

A professional demeanour and neat, well-groomed appearance

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from management

We are looking for 25-30 hours, Friday - Saturday evening must be available
