About the role

Working closely with our manufacturing and delivery teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day movement, control and organisation of stock and materials throughout our warehouse and factory.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and checking incoming stock and materials
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and records
- Picking and preparing materials for production
- Loading and unloading deliveries and trucks
- Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
- Preparing finished products and materials for dispatch
- Assisting with regular stocktakes and inventory checks
- Identifying stock discrepancies, damage or shortages
- Keeping warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and safe
- Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment

About you

- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Well organised with good attention to detail




- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Safety conscious and committed to doing things correctly
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment
- A good communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, building industry or stock control experience will be highly regarded
- A current forklift licence is desirable, although training may be available for the right person
