The Role

We areseekinga warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team.





This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.

As a valued member of our Lifestyle team, you will:

- Support the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programs

- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents

- Help create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable setting

- Contribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, conversation, and participation in activities

To be successful

You are someone who brings energy, compassion, and creativity to your work.You’llalso bring:

- Previousexperience in aged care

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)

- Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)

- The ability to build strong, positive relationships
