Mingara Recreation Club is seeking a friendly learn-to-swim coach to join our aquatics team. No prior experience required—just a passion for working with children, a love of the water and a can-do attitude.

In this role you’ll help build confidence in the water, support families and grow with a large community club. The position includes funded Swim Teacher Licence training and generous staff perks across Mingara facilities.
