Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customerservice and making a real difference in your community? The Ballarat Aquaticand Lifestyle Centre is seeking friendly, motivated and customer-focused peopleto join our Customer Experience team.

As a CustomerExperience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of ourvisitors, playing an important role in creating a warm, skilled and enjoyableexperience from the moment they arrive.

You will supportcustomers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services, while buildingstrong knowledge of the centre and helping people find the options that bestsuit their needs.

This is a great opportunityfor someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment andtakes pride in providing high-quality service. We are looking for applicantswho bring:

- A genuine passion for customer service andcreating positive experiences for every visitor
- Confidence using computer systems, processinginformation accurately and learning new software
- The ability to stay organised, calm and solutions-focusedwhile managing competing priorities





Successful applicantswill need to be flexible and available towork a variety of shifts across thecentre’s opening hours, including early mornings, day time, evenings and weekends:

Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9pm
Saturday: 5.30am to 8pm
Sunday: 7.30am to 8pm

Key Selection Criteria:

- Relevant experience within a customer facing and fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a range of people.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive work ethic.
- An understanding of the key services and programs provided at the Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre.
- Available to work a broad range of shifts within centre opening hours – please specify your availability
