Are you an experienced VIP driver, executive chauffeur or professional transport specialist with a current NV1 security clearance?

Charter Diligence is seeking 10 experienced drivers to provide professional transport and operational support to senior stakeholders and authorised personnel on behalf of our client.

This is an opportunity to apply your professional driving experience in a high-trust environment where safety, discretion, punctuality and exceptional service are essential.

Important: This is not a general driving position. A current NV1 security clearance and demonstrated professional VIP, executive chauffeur or relevant government transport experience are mandatory.

About the Role

As a VIP Driver / Executive Chauffeur, you will provide safe, reliable and discreet point-to-point transport services while assisting with additional operational and administrative duties as required.

You will be responsible for maintaining vehicle presentation, completing daily checks, keeping accurate records and supporting transport coordination activities.

This is a casual, ad hoc opportunity suited to experienced drivers who can respond to changing operational requirements and work outside standard business hours when needed.

- Pay rate: $40.43 per hour plus superannuation

- Start date: ASAP

- Contract end date: 7 October 2027, with the possibility of extension

- Employment type: Casual

- Availability: Flexible, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, punctual and professional transport services to senior stakeholders and authorised personnel.

- Deliver discreet, courteous and high-quality customer service at all times.

- Operate allocated pool vehicles in accordance with operational, safety and security requirements.

- Transport documents, equipment and other items as required.

- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics and minor office support duties.

- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentation and roadworthiness.

- Identify and report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements and operational issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, running sheets and other required records.

- Communicate effectively with transport coordinators regarding assignments, scheduling and service requirements.

- Provide relief driving and operational support across different locations when required.

- Follow all work health and safety requirements, security procedures and organisational policies.

- Maintain professional presentation, sound judgement and strict confidentiality while on duty.





Essential Requirements

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

- Current NV1 security clearance.

- Demonstrated professional experience in VIP, executive chauffeur or relevant government transport services , preferably transporting senior officials or other high-profile clients.

- Strong knowledge of Sydney road networks and confidence driving throughout regional NSW.

- Ability to successfully complete the required National Criminal Record Check, with no disclosable court outcomes.

- Full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available.

- Proven commitment to defensive driving, passenger safety and responsible vehicle operation.

- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

- Flexible availability for ad hoc assignments, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.

- Ability to attend Sydney CBD locations at short notice.

- Practical knowledge of daily vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.

About You

You are a reliable, composed and service-focused qualified who understands the standards expected when transporting senior stakeholders. You exercise sound judgement, communicate confidently and maintain a high level of discretion in sensitive situations.

The following experience will be highly regarded:

- ComCar driving.

- Executive chauffeur, limousine or hire car services.

- Previous government or police transport experience.

- Experience working in security-sensitive or protocol-driven environments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service and professional presentation.

- The ability to remain calm and adaptable when schedules or operational requirements change.
