City of Ballarat is seeking a Customer Experience Officer for the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre. You will be the first contact for visitors, delivering a warm, skilled experience from arrival and throughout their visit.

The role supports customers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services while building strong centre knowledge to recommend the best options. Successful applicants enjoy a busy, people-focused workplace with flexible shifts.
