Degani Forest Lake is a newly opened café in Forest Lake, known for great coffee, quality food, and friendly customer service. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team for an immediate start.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing excellent coffee, and thrives as part of a supportive team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee consistently throughout service
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, skilled service
- Assisting with general café operations and maintaining a clean workspace
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensuring all drinks meet our high coffee and presentation standards
- Supporting team members to deliver a smooth and efficient service

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:





- Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
- Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and drink presentation
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak service periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high coffee standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full working rights in Australia
