Key responsibilities

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stack heavy wood-based panels and materials within the warehouse

Preparing and picking orders accurately based on shipping documents, ensuring high standards of quality and packing

Loading and unloading delivery trucks and containers in accordance with safety procedures and scheduling requirements

Receiving incoming stock, verifying quantities against delivery dockets, and allocating items to their correct warehouse locations

Conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with stock control management using the company's tracking system

Maintaining a clean, organized, and protected working environment, adhering strictly to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations

Performing daily pre-operational checks on forklifts and reporting any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the supervisor

Collaborating effectively with the logistics, dispatch, and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

Valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF) is essential





Proven experience operating forklifts (high-reach or heavy-capacity experience is highly regarded) in a warehouse or industrial environment

Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks safely

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail when picking orders and checking stock

Reliable, punctual, and motivated mindset with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude
