We are currently looking for a Chef / Kitchen Hand for our restaurants in Charlestown / Kotara NSW!

To be considered for the role of Chef / Kitchen Hand at Sushi Sushi you will need to;

Have experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen

Have a great attitude and work ethic

Be flexible and reliable with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Willing to learn recent skills and share your existing knowledge

Maintain a high standard of food

Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded but not essential
