Help at Hand Support Services in Sydney NSW seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred care. Your daily routine will vary as you accompany clients to activities or appointments and provide support at home with companionship.

Must have a current police check, Cert III in Disability or equivalent, WWCC, First Aid/ CPR, a valid Australian driver’s license and vehicle, and robust communication skills.
