Novotel in Perth, WA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be at the heart of the guest experience. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and share local insights to help guests enjoy Perth.

You will enroll guests in ALL - Accor Live Limitless, maintain reservations, and collaborate with Housekeeping and F&B; to ensure a seamless stay. Flexibility for mornings/evenings and weekends is required.
