WRS Health is seeking a Human-Centered Design Manager to bridge user needs with technical execution in a fully remote role. You will lead qualitative research, map journeys, and build prototypes to ensure intuitive, accessible health IT products for physicians, clinicians, billers, front-desk teams, and patients.

You will synthesize insights into actionable roadmaps, defend design decisions with data, and mentor a growing HCD team in an Agile workplace.
