Calvary is seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 2 to lead the Palliative Care Unit (PCU) in Sydney. You will provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership to ensure secure, high‑quality, evidence‑based care for patients and families.

In this role you will oversee staffing, finances and facilities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with governance standards while working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team across the hospital.
