Galderma is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to lead the ANZ SFE program from our Sydney Head Office, with one day per week of work from home. You will drive segmentation, incentives design, and efficient operations to boost sales performance across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in SFE or related fields, strong data analytics skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Veeva), and prior pharma/healthcare experience.
