McLardy McShane Insurance Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to embed compliant, people‑centred HR practices across the group. You will own HR compliance, Learning & Development, and day‑to‑day HR for MMIA, MMP and Victory Funding.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead HRIS initiatives (Employment Hero preferred), manage the employee lifecycle, investigations and employee relations with fair, timely resolutions.
