About the position: Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience to join their specialist practice. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $170,000, providing an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to advance their career.

What we’re looking for:

- Accreditation Focus : Either an accredited Family Law Specialist or eager to achieve this accreditation.
- Independent File Management : Proficient in managing client files independently, including appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
- Domestic Violence Case Handling : Skilled in dealing with domestic violence cases and representing clients in the Magistrates Court.
- Collaborative Team Member : Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team environment.
- Exceptional Drafting Skills :



Strong technical skills in drafting both correspondence and court documents.
- Financial Document Expertise : Competent in understanding and organizing financial disclosure documents.
- Client Communication : Excellent client service and communication skills, capable of providing clear and concise legal advice.
