Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is expanding its AU Fulfillment Center leadership team. As a Manager, you will define process flows, shape standard work, and oversee a department of 80–120+ associates to deliver customer orders accurately and on time.

You will engage shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance and performance, while leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality Assurance, HR and Loss Prevention to drive operational excellence across the network.
