Are you a seasoned Conveyancer with a passion for property law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service? We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our client’s amazing team in North Brisbane. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instruction to settlement.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
- Conduct thorough property searches, prepare, and review contracts,



and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and manage all administrative aspects of the conveyancing process.

Qualifications and Experience

- 3-5 years PQE with proven experience in conveyancing.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office.
