FutureYou is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for the Minto location, offering flexibility. You will lead the L&D; strategy, drive GMP training compliance and build competency frameworks across a blue-collar workforce.

This role involves hands-on problem solving and strategic planning with a cooperative leadership style. You will partner with managers to embed a strong learning culture, oversee onboarding, and develop staff through structured training pathways and leadership development
