Star Group Management is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships across their retail network.

This is a high-impact role focused on identifying recent partnership opportunities, building long-term commercial relationships, and delivering innovative activations that drive value for both partners.

Working across retail, supplier and corporate partnerships, you'll manage the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting and pitching through to activation, reporting and renewal - while acting as a key external representative of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic commercial partnerships across the Star Group network;
- Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities that deliver revenue growth and brand value;
- Leading partnership activations, and promotions end-to-end;
- Working closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, retail operations and category teams to deliver integrated partnership outcomes;
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, partner ROI and commercial outcomes;




- Driving partner retention and renewals through demonstrated value and strong relationship management; and

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorship, business development or account management;
- Strong commercial insight and the ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities;
- A track record of securing and managing high-value commercial relationships;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience developing proposals, managing contractual deliverables and reporting on performance;
- A proactive, relationship-led approach with a focus on outcomes and long-term growth;
