The Chance

We’re seeking an experienced Associate to join the firm’s Banking & Finance team in Melbourne.The role will focus on leveraged finance, advising leading lenders and sponsors on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing deals. You will play a pivotal role in transaction execution, working directly alongside senior Partners and engaging with clients from day one.

For this opportunity, we’re keen to speak with banking specialists with 3-5 year’s PQE across leveraged finance, acquisition finance and syndicated / bilateral facility structures in a top-ranked local or international practice.
