Youturn in Bundaberg, Queensland, is seeking an experienced mental health professional to step into a Clinical Lead role, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and direct therapeutic support within our headspace service for youth aged 12–25.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee complex presentations, deliver evidence-based interventions, and drive service improvements in a young-person–friendly, inclusive environment with robust collaboration alongside community partners.
