Ideagen in Melbourne is seeking a BDR Manager APAC to lead and develop a team of BDRs, driving pipeline and supporting revenue growth across the region. This is a hybrid, full time leadership role focused on coaching, performance management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation to align outbound strategies, monitor KPIs and foster continuous improvement across the APAC field.
