About the role

As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll provide senior technical expertise across reporting, analytics and business intelligence. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project leads to design,



develop and improve reporting solutions that support informed decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, reporting design, data quality assurance and reporting transformation initiatives while helping establish sustainable reporting practices, governance and controls.

Key responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to gather, document and prioritise reporting, analytics and business intelligence requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to define business requirements, key performance indicators, metrics, business rules and reporting outcomes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, business cases and reporting solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across CoAct’s transition from MODE reporting to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric-based reporting environments.
- Analyse existing reporting solutions
