The job:

- Own contracts from award to completion: subcontracts, variations, EOTs, claims
- Run progress claims, payments and cost reporting in Jobpac
- Keep documentation airtight and deadlines under control
- Keep clients, consultants, subbies and PMs aligned

You’ll thrive if you have:

- Minimum 3 years in commercial construction
- Hands-on Jobpac experience
- A sharp commercial eye and the confidence to flag risk early
- Calm when multiple projects hit deadlines at once

Bonus: MS Project or Procore
