IPF Digital group is seeking an ESD Engineer / ESD Consultant to establish and lead a recent Brisbane office. You’ll be the first hire, shaping the team, culture, and project approach from the ground up, with autonomy to set direction and standards.

In this client-facing role you’ll lead sustainability projects, drive business development, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff, delivering best-practice outcomes for NABERS, Green Star, and related frameworks across Queensland.
