NRMA is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to drive change management and internal communications across the Membership portfolio. This role partners with PMO, Product, Technology, Marketing, Brand, Strategy, Legal and frontline teams to translate complex strategies into practical change plans.

Hybrid role across Sydney CBD and Olympic Park with work-from-home flexibility. You will build readiness materials, lead Town Halls and champion MyNRMA Rewards
