Experian Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage Strategic Accounts within Open Data Solutions. You will own post-sale relationships, translate data capabilities into outcomes and drive adoption, value realization and renewal readiness.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to progress opportunities, monitor client health, and shape the product roadmap with Voice of the Customer input. A proven enterprise client focus is essential.
