Role: Site Reliability Engineer - Dynatrace

Type of role - Permanent Position

Location : Sydney, Australia

Provide technical support for Dynatrace and ELK stack, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system capabilities.

Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

Assist in the deployment and configuration of monitoring tools and systems.

Participate in on call support rotation to address urgent technical issues as they arise.





Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SRE and monitoring solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience with Dynatrace as a monitoring and performance management tool.
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
