Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the administration, governance and optimisation of our field team for Microsoft retail in-store programs across Australia. You will drive workforce performance, coach field staff, and ensure KPI achievement in partnered accounts.

The role requires highly organised, detail-oriented individuals with hands-on delivery experience, and a willingness to travel interstate to support field operations.
