Egis is seeking a hands-on Technology Support Lead to run frontline IT across four QLD offices, Brisbane included. You’ll deliver advanced Level 2 hardware and software support while driving service improvements and acting as the trusted IT voice for project delivery teams.
You will manage one direct report, travel between sites, and serve as the main liaison between local operations and the global IT organisation, ensuring systems run smoothly and rollouts are implemented with discipline.
